Welcome to the AlignOps Status Page. Here you’ll find real-time information on the operational status of our platform, including ToolWatch, FleetWatcher, SafetyReports, and BusyBusy. We post updates about planned maintenance, service disruptions, and resolved incidents to keep you informed and confident in your day-to-day operations.

FleetWatcher has a standing maintenance-window Sundays from 9:00 AM Eastern until 11:00 AM Eastern where there may be service interruptions as system-maintenance is performed. This window will not be used every Sunday but is reserved for use as-required.

Identified - We are aware that some SafetyReports customers are being blocked from accessing our services due to an inaccurate classification by an external security vendor. Our  team is diligently working to resolve this "false positive" and restore full access. We will provide another update as soon as we have a projected resolution time.
